At Go Chick Go! we strive to provide you with high qualitly, custom made products through our Print On Demand partners. Please carefully review our return policy before making a purchase.

No Returns - Except For Damage
All products ordered from Go Chick Go! are custom made for each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Please take a photograph of the issue, and include your order number. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for any damaged or defective items.

Specialized Production And Shipping Times: Please note that since our products are made to order, they require additional time to produce and ship. Production times may vary, and shipping times will depend upon your location, and shipping method. Generally, most products arrive within seven to fourteen days. We do appreciate your patience and understanding.
